ADVANCE PROVISIONING ALLOWANCE (APA)

To cover operational expenses during your charter (such as fuel, provisioning, port and harbor fees, etc.), an additional 30% APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) of the charter fee is collected. APA is not an additional service fee, but a pre-funded expense account used entirely on your behalf. All expenditures will be fully and transparently reported at the end of the charter, and any remaining balance will be refunded to you.
