Hidden Village Garova, Gastronomy and Vineyard Route

Visit to Karaova, famous for its olives, sheep, vineyards and woven carpets.

CULTURE / HISTORY

  • We stop by the local market on the way. 

  • On the trail of Lelegians, we visit open -air the museum  of art & statue artist Ender Güzey

  • After seeing the village life we enjoy the demonstration of the process of Turkish carpets colored with natural root-dying

  • You wont believe that;  there is a  Hidden Toscana in Bodrum with the awarded special  Zinfandel wine and natural home-made goat- cheese with local olives.


PRIVILEGED EXPERIENCES 

  • Olive Harvest (November - December) We collect olive trees and turn them into soap and production.
  • Vineyard  (August - September) We experience it ourselves by plucking the grapes from the unit and purchasing winemaking knowledge from the basket to the bottle. Child of the day, we are throwing the four of them among the vineyards.
  • Flamingo Watching (Spring - Autumn) Flamingo Observation We observe and photograph the tour on Tuzla Lake.
