Prior to the event, our chefs need to inspect the service area in person and gather information from Exclusive Concierge regarding details such as the menu, team, presentation, and other requests.
For small events, a coordination meeting should be scheduled at least 4 days in advance, and for large events, it should be done at least 14 days in advance.
